Pre-built garden rooms and office pods are delivered whole wherever possible. Because they rarely fit through a side gate, they're usually craned over the property with a hiab.
The key numbers are weight, the crane's reach to the final position, and any obstacles the unit must clear. A reputable operator will do a site assessment or review photos first.
For very large or split units, a flatbed plus on-site craning may be used instead.
