Hot tubs are heavy, awkward and almost always sited where a vehicle can't reach. The usual solution is a hiab: a lorry with a mounted crane that lifts the tub over obstacles and lowers it into position.
Before booking, measure the crane reach you'll need — the distance from where the lorry can park to where the tub is going, plus any height it must clear. Send photos to the operator so they can confirm the lift is within range.
Delivery of a new hot tub, relocation to a new home, or removal for disposal are all standard hiab jobs.
